As part of the order process, we collect following essential customer information: Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number, blood group. The contact information is only used to get in touch with you when necessary.
The information you provide to us is not given or sold to any outside party. Your email address is used only to provide you with an order confirmation and tracking number.
Your phone number is used to contact you in case of a problem with registration
Please choose the event carefully, confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be modified. Provide us with a secure email address that you can access regularly, as this will be our primary means of contacting you during the run up to the event.
Any notice sent to the email address registered with the organizers shall be deemed as received by the runners.
Users of email services that offer filtering/blocking of messages from unknown email address should add this email id no-reply@kangayammarathon.com to their address list.
By registering you agree that running is an extreme sport and can be injurious to body and health. You take full responsibility for participating the 'Kangayam Marathon' and do not hold the organizing committee or society or other organizing persons or entities responsible for any injury or accident.
You agree that Kangayam Marathon and associated companies or entities that organize the run shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the Event.
You confirm that you mentioned about your medical condition as requested to assist them in case of an emergency.
You agree to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interest of your health and event safety
You also agree to stop if instructed by the Race Director or the Medical Staff or by the Aid Station Volunteers.
Kangayam Marathon will contact the runners only by email or if required by phone. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizers shall be deemed as received by the runners.

You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. You understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified.
The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications alone will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges wherever applicable)
Kangayam Marathon will be only LIABLE OF THE AMOUNT WHICH THE USER PAYS TO US.
There is no cancellation/refund of the amount in case of a successful transaction.
As a policy Kangayam Marathon does not offer refund. We will issue a refund in the event an event is cancelled by an organizer (excluding processing fee & bank charges wherever applicable).
Any health problems during or after running, the event organizers and event location owners will not be responsible.
If this registration is being made on behalf of a minor, I agree that allowing a minor to participate is purely subjected to the review and approval of the Race Management Team. I confirm that I am the parent / guardian of the child and that he/she has my permission to take part in the event. I further concur that all the above rules shall apply to him/her as if he were a major.
Participants will not be allowed to stay on the course beyond the cut-off time considering the safety and health issues.
We request total co-operation from participants in this regard.
